Morning all !! from a BLUE SKIED SOUTH WALES excuse the caps its just unusual lol. anyway day 4 came and went uneventful really slight headache nothing to stresss about though weight falling off nicely clothes definetely feeling looser i will post loss on monday day 7-8, hunger has really gone now thank god boredom is definetely my worst point in evenings overeating habits must really be as bad as giving up smoking etc it drives me insane.... hopefully this extended fast will really help me get over the indulging through boredom it seems so easy typing it lol... only real problem i have at the moment is im constantly freezing all the time brrrrrr god help me as we enter winter anyway hope everyone is doing ok take care karen x
