It seems to be harder to get the calcified ones out. Maybe try the apple juice cleanse ( a litre of fresh squeezed organic apple juice a day leading up to the oil cleanse on the last day). The malic acid in the apple juice is supposed to break them down a bit. Try taking more oil too - it's a stronger flush.
