Separate. In a nutshell:

- Begin with epsom and water (or grapefruit juice if you prefer).
- 2 hours later, a second dose of the same
- 2 hours later, the lemon and olive oil (no epsom). She says they won't mix well, but I blended on slow and it mixed just fine.
- In the morning another epsom.
- 2 hours later another epsom.

I'm not sure, but I think the morning epsoms are merely to flush out again and see the results.
