yea, had a major burst of energy this morning and all through the day, finished up my apple for dinner. Cut it up into little bite size chunks and just nibbled on it.

Pretty happy, but still deep down frustrated i didn't go the full time i wanted to. Seems i always get stuck at day 10 .. but at least this time, i was doing it for a friend and not because i gave in to cravings, boy... peer pressure, LOL.
