Hi dquixote,thanks for your advice.I tried it and made quite a mess of it.Had

to gulp down quite a bit of acai berry juice.LOL! I usually do it that way for

the oil of oregano but this is quite something else.Think I'll stick with the water

for now.Thanks anyways.
