Good luck in doing the double cleanse! I am happy that it works for you. When I do another one I will just do the little half cup olive juice. I did the first one out of desperation, (ER visit, gall bladder attack, recommended surgery) and used cup and half of olive oil and lemon juice. It worked good but I do not think I could get that much oil down again. Again, Good luck! Let us know your results!
