I meant to say that you have been doing the great run of your life during the last year. Not only one individual fast is important, but all those fasting periods you have endured and the changes in your life style. No one can accomplish great changes with only a fast (4 or 10 or 30 day fasts, it does not matter). You started a long run a year ago, and are still in the middle of it...almost ending it :)
