Jackie, I think you could start a day 1 again, but not a day 12, since you will be re starting again burning glucose. Your body abandoned the fasting stage when you ate. However, do not take me seriously on this. I believe Chris and others will be able to tell you better.

Any way, enjoy yourself. You broke the fast properly and for a good cause. You have accomplished a great thing with that fast. This is not for springers. It is a long way or marathon.
