Hi Andy!

My source is personal yoga experience. When I did the variation of dhanurasana (bow pose) with help of my wife, where she was sitting on my fit pushing my knees to the ground. In this body position at some angle the weight is shifted to upper abdomen and when the rib cage is of the floor one will feel GB.

Also GB may be shifted around this area, depending on body type and abdominal tonus.
