Yes, Tiffgirl. I only had a patch of Acne but it cleared up after my first flush. Others aren't so lucky but it seems if you keep cleansing you can clear it up. Someone in another forum on this site said that yoghurt with active culture cleared hers up. Others have success with bowel cleansing. If it's a hormonal imbalance that's causing your Acne then Liver Cleansing is a good place to start. Good luck!
