Back to feeling like crap. I know I'm going to start my period any day and I'm 99% sure that's why I feel like crap again (brain fog, fatigue, mild anxiety, numb hands- why is that??) Oh and my GERD is actign up. Is there a link between reflux and hormones?
I know I'm better tahn I was so I'm not complaining as much as I am venting. Sorry.
