Try grapeseed extract oil.  Coconut oil works pretty well too.  And you might try apple cider vinegar internally and externally.

Many people who use the oleander extract home remedy made into a face creme report youthful skin too.

Plenty of omega 3s, adequate rest and keeping hydrated with plenty of healthy water are other good things to do.
