Thanks for your reply. Yes I was pretty keen to do a gallbladder cleanse, after my sister's great results, but the Dr was very discouraging, and what he said seemed to make sense. I guess what works for one, doesn't necessarily work for another! Interesting about avoiding bitter foods - I was told to include more of them. Again, the type of food we should eat must depend on our own particular consitution and organ dysfunction. I can certainly recommend sticking with the herbal program. I'm about to go back to my Dr and get some more! I want that "jumping out of my skin" feeling again! I haven't ruled out doing a cleanse - but will try herbal program for an extended period first.
