Wow! What good information! I had been taking Chinese herbs.....asked my wonderful Chinese Herbal Doctor about doing a gall bladder flush and she said to just finish taking the medicine. I went against her advice and did two flushes, not taking the herbal medicine the day before and the day of the flush. I have felt rotten....no energy at all. I now think I will go back on the chinese herbs for a couple more weeks and see how that goes. I am so glad that you posted this very useful information. I was also told to not eat any "bitter", by which she (Chinese doctor)meant to not eat things with lemon or vinegar. I do not know the reason why. Thanks again, Nicola!!
