Hi Rog.
I am 39 and had almost all from your list, except of diabetes and drinking.

At 16 I had hepatitis and could not eat any fats after that.

At 20 I tried to put myself together by starting running. Partly it helped, but not for long. Also I was looking for different yoga techniques from age of 14 and try to practise it every day. I follow Iyengar style and some ancient texts about self purification methods for the body and mind. All that is grate! I can breathe! I am alive! I feel young again!
