Well i started my fast yesterday at a huge 135.4k found day 1 easy as i usually do where i go wrong is i get bored late evening hunger i can cope with boredom drives me bonkers.... weight this morning 132.9k... I have a lovely lazy day at home with the baby today shame the rain has come home to Wales grrrrrr... p.s my first goal is 100k then il go from there i think... hope everyone is doing well whatever their doing xkaren.
