Thanks again Pioneer, I have started parasite cleanse day three and I am planning on trying liver flush on day 14. I have tried Maca in the past, was unsure wether to try it at first cos lot's of sites say that it raise estrogen levels which is not what I want but other sites say that it is a balancer, so I tried , after about three months I could hardly walk with the pain, lot's more estrogen symptoms. I have since learned that some times when estrogen dominence issues are trying to resolve themselves the estrogen receptors which have be blocked for a long time wake up and than you have worsening of symptoms before there is balance...the same thing happend with the progesterone cream that I tried, I had thought about trying again but was just too scared. I am doing Flexseed Oil every day since listening to Dr Sutter's CD, do you think that I should be doing tha EVOO every night as well as this or will this be oil over load?
