Hi Dennac813, Your right I should not get discouraged. Actually, I feel real good. I keep going to the bathroom, and I have the runs. I keep passing what looks like bits of really crushed nuts(white). Also a few really green pea skins. I'm looking foward to my next flush. I'll do it next weekend. But who knows maybe I'll keep pooping out stuff . Congratulations on your flush too. Thanks again, Barbi
