Ok so I think I'm done for today. Again did 5 oz Mg citrate per dose. Felt
pretty resistant to swallow even that this time but had attack after 14 d after
2nd flush so figured I was not done yet. Chased the olive oil mix with probably
too little beet juice from canned beets (less than ½ glass, tastes good after oil!)
but did not see any coloring, definitely not inside "peas", possibly some darker
colored on crust than others. Flax seed taken with ornithine capsules showed
up at same time as peas but not inside and not stuck to them. Some of the
crusty balls had flattened sides as before which I interpreted as being compacted
before. They were still waxy inside and less green than before. My olive oil (the
one that solidifies in the fridge) was not green but tan or honey color and there
were few green inside this time. Last time I used the same oil and got plenty of
green inside.
I use a plastic fork, which can be used to fish and squish on paper towels.
Had way less "remnants" or stones than last two flushes (maybe 6 pea size and about
50 tiny ones) and I hope it means I am clearing out, but I doubt it from the number
of flushes people have been reporting. I am kind of disappointed at the small outcome
but hope it is a good sign. Don't feel that great yet.
If there is anybody who was done after 3-4 flushes, they are probably not coming
to this site anymore?
