Hidden identities of moderators are the way it's done on Curezone. That's not going to change--although often people do get to know the mod's identity after a time...

About anyone volunteering for the position being suspect, that's always a possibly. Always will be, since this (earth)is an imperfect place.

There must already be a mod though since someone has to have R'd a post or two. A very reserved mod...
