I used Magnesium Citrate in my first flush and had no results. I didn't even have the runs!!! I had no elimination
until 2:00 PM the next day. Can anyone tell in what dosages to take the Magnesium Citrate? I used the
lemon flavored 10 ounce bottle. I took 2.5 ounces each time in place of the Epsom Salts .
