This is me about a year ago, fat, toxic, compulsive over eater, fast food junkie, depressed, and morbidly obese. 265 pounds



This is me today, healthy, happy, pescatarian, with the world at her feet! Currently 160 pounds.






yes, weight loss was and is a big issue with me when it comes to fasting, but through my many short term fasts, i found that weight loss was definately NOT the only benefit, and by far not the only one I wanted to reap.
