Hi Barbi,
All I can say is that I did only "1/2" the dose and it was doing it's thing. I personally recommend that when people first start doing this to do half the dose to see how your body reacts to it. Some people get violently ill....puking and pooping at the same time and I just don't think it is necessary to get that sick. Anyway.....what ever you chose I wish you the best of luck and let us know how your results go!
