i do ride, but im not a biker per say. my approach comes from being a therapist for years working with adolescents. my approach has been proven to work, its called being honest, and in some cases brutally honest.

its kinda like digging a foundation. we can sit all day and say, yea, it sure would be nice to have that foundation done. but until ya put on the boots, pick up a shovel and dig nothing gets done. im the guy ya go to if ya want it done. i have my boots on and shovel in hand. just tell when you want it dug, digg it ? :)
