gosh, all that text and you didn't answer my one simple question.

once the government prints the money its sitting their at the treasury. big huge stacks of cash, just waiting to be invested and spent.

who gets it? how? when? why? where? please explain. your answer didn't even address this.

right now the Fed does it. i want to know what YOUR alternative is.
