To make it short i am not immortal as i used to think i am. I bumped into this page trying to understand what Xanthelasma is. Only to know its high cholesterol which my entire family suffers from. Friends after i turned 30 i have been suffering very high blood pressure. i smoke 30 cigs a day, i drink about one liter coca-cola and i am way too fat now ((Still like to think i am slim)) BUT I AM NOT. I am unhappy with my body as it has served me well but now it has started to complain. I read alot of success stories here. I wish for your help on my way to get rid of all the toxins that fill my body. I am 35 now and i am choosing life. I would be grateful if anyone puts me on the right path. I want to do the Master-Cleanse and the liver clensing,,,,etc. But i dont know where to start or how. All recommendations will be highly regarded as i am determained to clean my body.
