I can't sleep tonight. It is 2.30 in the morning and I have got up to have a cup of tea and something to eat. I am very hungry after my flush and wide awake! Juniper, I read your post with amazement. You are being very tough on yourself. Have you looked at Hulda Clark 's Kidney Cleanse. You may have very tiny gravel in your kidney. I know it would be very minute if you do have it as my husband suffers from kidney stones and every now and again he has a horrific attack and has to have morphine and the stone is minute. Are you feeling generally better in yourself though, compared to how you felt before you started flushing? However, I do know that in the last two and a half years I have gone through experiences like yours when I have felt dire. I am certainly beginning to feel better with the flushes but as I have said before it isn't an overnight process. Well I am going to read the other posts and then try to sleep.
