Don't sweat it hun and don't be so hard on yourself. Four days is great! It is a huge success to make it on a Water Fast for four days! It has taken me a long time to get to the point where I am now, working on my ten days! Before this time I never made it to even three days. When it is the right time for you, you will do it to the length that you desire. Smile and feel good about your accomplishment.
