I have been on the barefoot dewormer for 2 weeks like doc. Sutter recommends in his book. I followed doc. Sutters instructions to the the T, like he says in his book. Are you saying that I have to dig through my bowel movement to find the parasites and stones?? I don t think i can do that, its just to disgusting to me, I will definetly throw up!! I have been reading on the liver flush forum and people talk about how you shouldn't eat after 2pm on the day of the flush and avoid all animal foods a week before the flush. Doc. Sutter doesnt have any diet provisions for the flush, I'm thinking maybe this is why I am not getting good results from the flush. Please help me with these questions, how can I get stones to pass??
