Gratz on 3 days that is great. Right now I’m just sticking with 24 hr at a time. It’s cool that you want to record everything on video, if you feel like though you could update us whenever you want, until you are actually ready to share your videos. How exiting, what has been your longest time & did you get results you were looking for before? Did you eat well before you started fasting?
