I have eaten no fat today & now am fasting until my first Epsom Salt drink at 6:00 pm. I am usually a constipated person and have a problem with it. Well, just a few minutes ago I had an elimination and it looked like slime. It was not feces. Does anyone know what this is? Is it good or bad? Should I not do the flush tonight??
