mine said the same thing (1 year ago) , too much heat , liver issue etc
i felt a small difference in the one week i took the herbs , maybe they could have made a difference but at $60 a week it was too expensive when including other protocols i was on at the time

remember always get fresh herbs , dont get bottled pills they're useless (i had some bad experiences with TCM pills)
