I think if you are referring to earlier posts about the help for new posters, I think it is a great idea for us to have a place where one can read everything one needs to know before starting the fast.

I do not think we are told not to post for support. There should be no rules for that except that anyone who wants to be nasty etc. should be not allowed.

I think this forum rocks, I feel we are a community that is geared to just help each other without any personal gain, and that is irreplaceable.

Do not hold back, post all you have to. We all learn from each other and we all learn different thing from one single post.
