I wouldn't mind being your fasting buddy but I'm already on day 5 and I might end it in a few days.
My plan is to fast on week out of every month, and eat a low fat vegan diet in between to get my weight down. Then once I'm at my average weight, I may do a long fast to target getting rid of anything else I might have like benign tumors or whatever. good luck on your fasting.
