I very much enjoy your posts, they are not what I would consider too emotional. Your posts are very uplifting and positive, and even if you were to have a bad day as we all do, like you said this is a support forum, a Water Fasting support forum.

The poster I was referring too in another thread which I won't name has very bad problems that could be better supported in another forum, I was just agreeing with what Chiron said.

You have done great with your fast, I wish you nothing but the best.
