I like reading your posts they are inspirational. I don't know about adding lots of rules to this forum.
I'd like to know more specifically what the rules people have in mind are? I think a FAQ is great, but rules? I mean there is common sense, like if your doing a Master-Cleanse fast it would make more sense to post in that forum, but as long as it's Water Fasting should be fine. I like to look at posts from ways ago and I've gotten a lot of questions answered that way.
