I use coconut oil for everything I can in the way
frying and using for baking as long as it is a
substitute for oil. If you have to "cream" butter,
it probably would not work.
Storing butter is best done by "clarifying" it.
You can cook clarified butter to create a product
known as "ghee". It is easy to do and delicious~!
