I have noticed that some are saying that they rather this be more strictly fasting related topics and posts.

I am sorry if I ever come across "to emotional" but I enjoy the support we have here, I mean this IS a support forum.

There is a lot more to Water Fasting than just the daily issues and progress we have, it has a lot to do with your emotional state in my opinion, I will say if it was NOT for this forum, I could have easily gave up some time ago. I surely would have never contemplated doing any fast longer than 10 days.

If I am bothering anyone by my posts of good cheer and well wishes, just let me know. I will find another forum to "chat" on.
