yes I am extremely well thank you.

I know where you are coming from, but I would definitely adhere to at least the 29 days of re-feeding, being strict enough to adhere to NH principles, as you do NEED to replenish your food reserves as a matter of priority; this is the advice of every fasting authority within Natural Hygiene, past & present.

It is common knowledge that a long fast will reap much greater benefits than a series of shorter ones, which was also Sheltons experience whilst supervising the 60,000 fasts of his own patients, so I think you have done extremely well with your 29 days.
After your re-feeding period is over it would be advisable to undergo another fast of 7 to 10 days periodically to achieve greater health benefits, but the point I would like to stress here is that when the body has achieved everything it can in healing & cleansing from fasting, the return of hunger will occur within only a few days of the commencement of a fast, even with ample food reserves on hand.

Each case is different and idiosyncratic to the faster, and where to eradicate some health/disease conditions, subsequent long fasts are necessary to allow the body the maximum time for healing. This would be the case in diseases such as Arthritis and similar degenerative diseases.

The body's innate wisdom and intelligence is constantly striving towards ideal health (whether eating or fasting) and as long as we adhere to living habits that are in accord with our physiological laws, then health will continue to grow in leaps and bounds over time.
This is not really a matter of conjecture, but a matter of my own experience and that of the vast experience of everyone within the Natural Hygienic movement.

This is an absolute certainty.......just as night will follow day and backed by the guarantee of Nature.
