Thanks for your concern....*S* I plan to continue to do the flushes, just not taking the Epsom Salts . It has been over 24 hours and I still feel really bad........pain in gall bladder, not the attack kind of pain, but like there is an over worked muscle in there. Also, my kidneys hurt a bit. I guess I had better go read more.....I thought I was NOT to drink water or anything after 4PM, so I didnt drink any water.....(I did have a cup of coffee). When the nausea got really bad in the middle of the night I took some very small sips of V-8 juice, which seemed to help. I cannot ever imagine taking this Epsom Salts again for this flush. I did the first two with out the salts and the flush worked just fine. OH, by the way I did get out over 80 stones this time of various sizes.
