Oh ok I see what rain was talking about. Raw foods. And 10 day fasts do sound a little better for starters then a 40 day one now that I think about it. Suagr is huge in this house and I worry about my moms health. But wrong foods are always cheaper so most people will aim for those and then you havea taste for them. I know my blood suagr is fine....sorta the doctor said am borderline meaning any more weight and no change of healthy a needle life will be for me. And my pressure has gone high and mid way and high again.
