Oh my goodness this forum just seems so dead, besides the fabulous few here still offering answers & support you know who you are. Any way I'm thinking thinking of a little fasting, would be fun to have a buddy. Even one day at a time or more. If anyone else out there is starting any time & would post progress & maybe even a little support, then post a reply.
