Hey Blueduck!

I only take about 1/2 teaspoon of Epsom Salt daily and I take it for the magnesium. There is a wonderful post about all the benefits your body gets from magnesium and I can't find it now. (Probably if I wasn't looking for it, I would find it right away-Ha) But, if I run across it, I will let you know!
