You can go back to fasting as long as you properly refeed for equal number of days plus one or 21 in your case, to play it safe. And if you have enough reserves for it (you have them).

I had the same question you have now. Read posts from Chris and Mouse, who uses this technique of proper refeeding to be able to fast frequently and safely. He has lost a lot of pounds using it. It is my goal too.
