You've got a big point there. The supplemental additions to Iodine are very important. The magnesium and selenium, especially, me thinks.

I recently ran out of magnesium and took quite a few LBBs (herb capsules) last night. Herbs also have various minerals and I felt a WHOLE lot better today even before my morning - er - "constitutional"....lol
