Good morning,
I plan on starting a long time coming Water Fast tomorrow. LOL..Ive been starting it since Monday and have failed. I decided to just wait for the weekend so I can just lay in the bed and relax around the house while I do it. I'm gonna start with a 3 day one and if I can make it 3 days I will push it to 5 days. Im fasting for clarity, and hopefully (ive heard) to get closer to God and definitely for lbs loss. I've struggled with my wieght for most of my life. I wouldnt consider myself a fat person. How ever I am a thick sistah. My current wieght fluctuates btw 200-215.. 215 I can reach during that time of the month. I hope to lose 10- 15lbs during the fast. And also gain control of my emotional eating. I eat when happy, sad, angry..ok all emotions cause me to eat..LoL...I want to get some self-control with my eating. Hopefully I can make it the first the 3 days and then press on too 5. I also need to do this for detoxification. I know there are all kinds of angry nasty toxins in my body..I wish myself luck.
