Neomi, I went to a chinese dr as well, no accupuncture, just herbs to make tea and drink. They put about 15 or so different herbs in the mix. I tried to write down all the names, but some were in chinese. I'd be interested to know the herbs your dr has you taking. Mind sharing? Mine is trying to raise my chi and too much heat in the body. It's interesting stuff!
