Well, obviously Maria has an odor condition that is less noticeable than her son's condition. This is not uncommon...I've talked to several people who have families like this.

About the meetup:

One of the things that you have to take into account is that there is an emotional component to our odor condition. Why is it that we don't smell at meetups? I think our relaxed state plays in to this condition, and we don't smell.

Can I explain this? No! But there are a ton of things I can't explain...the first is this odor condition itself.

Go to the MSNBO site and read the posts from the meetups...no one could smell each other.

I just try not to explain it and really enjoy it! It's awesome! Our goal should be to meet up with as many people in our "family" as we can!
