You are a very optimistic lady! I believe you have the proper education and also the character or enough mental fortitude to do a 30 day fast. But I would take it only one day at a time since you don't know how your body will really react to a long fasting. You want to avoid a feeling of frustration you dont deserve if you are unable to go for 30 days.
