I use Lemons & Walnut Oil & a splash of Orange Juice..for Taste
Shake it, Chug it & throw it away!!!

NO Layers.. Kinda like a Smoothie
NO Bad Taste... as it goes down real fast
NO Slimy Clean up... Toss it
